Guttmacher, Alan Frank (1898—1974)
When he signed Humanist Manifesto II], Guttmacher was president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
Guttmacher was the son of Rabbi Adolf Guttmacher and Laura (Oppenheimer) Guttmacher. He was a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the Hopkins Medical School.
