Dantone, Gerry (4 November 1951 - )

Dantone helped found the Long Island, New York, chapter of the Council for Secular Humanism and is its President. He now is the Coordinator for the Center for Inquiry Community of Long Island as well.

A commercial real estate broker, he has degrees in chemical engineering from Polytechnic University and in finance from St. John’s University.

Dantone has a record label, Infidels Records, and his band called “UniversalDice.com” wrote, recorded, and performed a humanistic rock opera on CD called My Name is Thomas. The rock opera is about the loss of faith by a man of the cloth.
